Muhammadu Buhari Arrive Nigeria with His Daughter, Zahra and Son, Yusuf

The Inauguration Ceremoney of the new President of Nigeria, Muhamadu Buhari is one of the most anticipated events in Nigeria for the past month.

The President-elect Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (Rtd.) arrived the country from London, where he met with British Prime Minister David Cameron, for the ceremony in the company of two of his children, Zahra and Yusuf Buhari.
The President-elect’s flight landed at the Abuja International Airport this morning and he is captured here with his children as they made their way through the airport amidst security and aides.

Disu told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos on Friday that the free ride was intended to encourage more Lagos residents to participate in the carnival. He said the free rides were part of the mass transit bus company’s contribution to ensure large turnout of spectators to the festival holding at the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos. “The LAGBUS will provide limited free bus shuttle services for members of the public from 9.30 a.m. on Saturday as part of its contribution to the success of the 2015 Lagos Carnival. “We have in place designated buses that will offer the free rides to fun seekers to the carnival. “The buses will move from Berger, Mile 12, Oshodi, Ajah and FESTAC Town areas of Lagos to CMS and Obalende,’’ Disu told NAN.
